Why we built Crewsie
We didn't come to this from a software office. We came to it from the field—running trucks, answering after-hours calls, quoting jobs in driveways, and trying to keep customers happy while the schedule fell apart.
Like a lot of home-service owners, we tried the big platforms. They were either bloated and overpriced, locked the features we actually needed behind higher tiers, or felt like they were built for a call center instead of a crew. We spent more time fighting our software than running our business.
